Reference: Re: A picture is worth a thousand words. Huge bearish divergence in RSI and MACD. Price goes up but indicators have already peaked and turned down. No support for the rally anymore. It's kind of like an advance warning and a bearish divergence this prominant will pretty much almost always turn down price. Also, note ADX is falling too....no more interst on the advance. I do a lot of work in a developing theory of mine on how ADX and ewave can really complement each other to validate wave structure. That's a terminal structure to the upside based on my work. No doubt about it.
