Thanks, I'll check it out. That article about wind's resurgance mentioned that Shell sees oil declining after 2020. Despite years of denial, it's obvious, based upon where the money is going these days, that the big boys are wising up to the fact that the end of the oil era is on the horizon. A 22nd century man will read about the oil era in his history books and all the conflict created by the oil trade, from coups to wars, and wonder what all the fuss was about, as his fuel cell quietly produces all the electricity he needs from solar-produced hydrogen derived from tap water. Then, he's go for a drive in his electric car, which hums along quietly past the gas station meusem in his hometown. That's probably what the world will be like in another 100 years. The end of the oil era will also yield tremendous environmental benefits, as most of our current environmental problems (especially air) are the result of burning fossil fuels. Imagine how clean our environment would be if we took petroleum out of the energy equation? The sad thing is that we could do a lot even today to clean up our environment, as the new hybrid engines have proven. You can get the same power from a much cleaner engine.
