Listen.. let's get back to the culpability of the operator of that bulldozer, for a minute..

I hardly believe that he was commanded by Sharon himself to run over anyone who got in his way...

Furthermore, the local commander on the ground would have the obligation to clear the area of any civilians who might get hurt during the operation..

The entire incident was highly embarrassing for the Israeli government, and only added to the controversy surrounding the destroying of homes of militants and suicide bombers. It hardly benefitted them in the media.

Now maybe that dozer operator deliberately ran her over.. And if he did, I hope he has nightmares for the rest of his life about what he did.

But I find it unlikely that such an incident will be permitted to happen again.
