I think plenty of countries would be willing to fight terrorism. That was evident after 9/11 before Bush (or I should say Cheney with his hand up the ass of his puppet president) blew the opportunity by redirecting the effort toward Iraq on trumped up evidence that most of the world didn't buy. If there was no real "coalition" to fight Iraq, it was because Iraq wasn't a source of the terrorism (though they probably will be now).

And as for the military having to "beg for every dollar"? Doesn't something like 50 cents on every tax dollar go to defense? How much more do they need? (Maybe they can redirect funds that are lining the pockets of the defense contractors)
