Sorry if I did not adequately express my gratitude and to be "all take and no give", but I frankly have so little experience or background in biotech investing or medicine or science that it is simply my nature to ask questions. I would be very happy to give if the question is within the domain of my knowledge or experience. I have been an investor for 35 of my 51 years, so I know a little bit about the stock market in general. I have a BA in economics from Harvard, where my focus was on economic development of India, and I have a JD from UC Davis (professional focus was elder law). Current focus is on my one and three year old children. A very big TIA if someone can tell me what factors are normally considered in a milestone negotiation and whether the milestone payment is indicative of what the drug might be worth.
