Then we can assume that misdeeds in office are a matter of concern for you, only if the office holder is Repub.

Don't you think that misdeeds in office against this nation should be looked into regardless of party?

Clinton's sex was of no consequence to this nation. That was his private business, and it should have stayed that way. I suppose when the republican operatives were looking for a way to undermine Clinton, they were stumped when it came to his policies. In every category Clinton's America was doing well. But they found the Achilles heel. Turns out that Clinton was unfaithful to his wife. They decided to expend a lot of effort in uncovering his personal life...all of this before the American public...including the children. While it's common knowledge that many presidents and politicians were also adulterers, it simply was not made public in such a fashion ever before. Those were the good old days.

Like I said...I'm not going to defend Clinton's personal foibles, nor those of others in public life. I don't agree with the way he and many others conducted themselves. In the US 30% of married men have affairs. A lot of them are republicans too. Since the republicans made an issue of personal affairs, Larry Flint decided to dig into the personal lives of republicans...the result of his inquiry were that dozens of republican politicians were exposed for their personal failures.

So it was the republicans that opened up this Pandora's Box. One that should have remained closed IMHO.

Blame the other guy is also a habit of your standard bearer--John Kerry.

Here we are in the final year of Bush's term...and you are still blaming Clinton for every ill of this administration...and now you want to say that Kerry is a "blame the other guy" guy. TISDF.
