If your uncles served in WWII you should respect combat veterans even if they are in a different political party. During D-Day and in the jungles of Nam nobody cared about political parties.

You don't have to worship Kerry's heroism, just have some common sense respect. The rightwing has gone way too far in its outrageous slander against McCain, Cleland and now Kerry. It has to end.
