1. A HUGE positive.

2. A HUGE positive.

3. Look at EPS, it includes shares outstanding.

4. I attach risky to "faster, more dynamic" when I can actually find it.

5. A "technical downtrend" is a buying opportunity when you know that, fundamentally, the market can't distinguish its ass from a hole in the ground.

6. I haven't seen "capacity ramping" and I wonder if capacity is outstripping end user unit demand.

7. A HUGE positive.

8. This statement is worth an F in Investing 101. There is no relationship between shares outstanding and value. Companies with fewer shares can gain greater leverage from value if and when they create it. There's the rub. There is no IF for AMAT.

9. Having failed Investing 101, you risk failing Divination 101.

10. Interest rates are at historical lows, fab investment has been at an historical low, fab utilization at historical highs, and chip penetration at historical highs.
