get real, the DIVIDEND tax cut was only useful for rich, idle wealth types. Young growth investors don't benefit, you know the people socked with Juniors bills- the dividend paying companies don't create good jobs really... they are mature companies. Dividend tax cuts are really worthless. Junior has done nothing but loot the budget and pay it out to his buddies the corporate polluters and oldline smokestack industry crowd. He's out soon but great damage has been done.
