However, it is my belief that to sell 9 months into an upturn after a 3 year downturn is foolish, especially when there are no premiums being assigned to the sector.

You could be right. You could be wrong. Institutions will decide. We will only have to wait. The 80's obviously were not as good for AMAT as the 90's. What this decade will hold I do not know.
