Biotechs trading at cash value: Arena is a much more interesting biotech trading at cash. They are trying to resurrect Phen-Fen. Their lead candidate (phase I) is an appetite suppressant to treat obesity. It is an agonist for the 5Ht-2c serotonin receptor - the same receptor targeted by the ‘Fen’ part of Phen-Fen (fenfluramine and dexfenfluramine).
