F you. The TV networks were also discussing the political implications of Reagan's death. It's been a lead story on CNN politics. It's also a very real consideration. The consensus is it will not make any difference and the Republicans would be un-wise to exploit it as some rightwingers on these threads are already trying to do.

BTW: I had already stated I respected Reagan though I disagreed with some of the things he did, especially on the environment, mental health and the S+L deregulation. reagan was a great man, much more honest than today's crop of neocon conservatives. I wish Reagan were still around to straighten out these Bushies. They need a whupping.
