Reagan ran up the budget and defeated communism ted. This is true because of...............? Please fill in the blank. Bush is running up the budget and will defeat terrorism. And you believe this is true because Mr. Bush has caught OBL? Or because the war in Iraq is over? Or because the terrorists have stopped blowing up buildings, killing westerners etc?
