No, I think 'our' bombing takes great care not to blow up families at pizzerias. Some care, but not great care. In the Iraq war, for example, there were dozens of bombing raids aimed at "leadership targets". None of them killed the targets - a 0% success rate - and a large number of civilian casualties resulted.
