of course we knew that reagan was brilliant, but looking back from the perspective that only the passage of time gives, his true genius is becoming recognized for those who bother to look at the record of achievement. (despite the best efforts of some historians who continue trying to marginalize him by grudging praise which puts inordinate measure of his greatness as leader to his "acting "skills and and amiable, avuncular personality)
