Bushies plan a huge-huge ripoff of the public wealth, skimming off big slices of it into private pockets as "profit" while handing out corporate welfare for the private companies pay for their overhead and set-ups fees. This includes tens of billions fo HMO's and Big Oil. They also ban negotiating with drug companies (a huge ripoff of consumers) and yes would love to see Merrill Lynch (their #1 backer) handle the Social Security system, slice by slice, even though the stock market is risky. So yes, combined with the huge endless deficit spending, SS and Medicare gradually go broke and have to be "taken over" by the private companies, which then cut services and rake off huge profits.
