Misconduct, lying and covering-up seem to be standard operating procedure these days -- the reputation of America has been undermined by leadership that avoids any and all responsibility and accountability for misconduct, from the White House on down. The misconduct and lying started before the war - indeed, lying was a critical element to get the American public to support the war in the first place. Now we just see more of the same. It is repulsive.
