because without a clear exception clause for life or health of the mother, it's a murderous law. Such a simple clause too. It's beyond me why they didn't include it. "Health in this context has been interpreted very broadly by the courts, including mental health and stress. Its such a broad exception that the exception proves the rule. Any ban that allows an exception for the mothers health bans almost nothing. Tim
