Newsmax are serial liars. They pushed all the WMD's stories and all the Kerry worked with Jane Fonda BS. They're hardly a credible source for anything. I heard Sandy Berger deny an offer was ever made for Osama to Clinton on a Fox News round table where several other experts and Berger discussed the matter. The conclusion was that a Sudanese guy never told the appropriate people and the offer and it never got past the airport in Yemen. I know there are conflicting stories, but this panel was bi-partisan and seemed very credible to me. Also, consider the fact that the Bushies needed desperately to blame 9-11 oni Clinton, however unfair that was considering it happened on GW's watch after numerous warnings.
