Gary: The news on the 500,000 has been out since June. In that time the stock broke through $30 to $34.75 around earnings. So I don't think it should impact the stock. Not sure why the delay in the secondary (Loam needs to hire someone with experience in dealing with the SEC, IMO). I thought it would have been by now and the price was to be $27.5? Has anyone heard new news on the timing of the secondary and have they started the road show? Also, does anyone know if MRVC makes the fast ethernet cards for INTL? Thanks. Tim
