OVIS information: As of last night Total O/S issued: 2,900,000 Co. 144 SReg shares: 900,000 (2 more year befor conversion) Treasury Stock 400,000 (is not going anywhere) Total public float: 1,600,000 ----------------------------------------------- Cartel Shares: 1,805,844 Shares to go: (205,844) Known shorted shares ---------------------------------------------- These numbers represent what has been reported to me by fellow cartel members. I amd other are in this company based upon the fundamentals. I invested in OVIS some three weeks ago because I saw an undervaled company with huge growth potential based on projected 12 month revenues of 15 plus million dollars w/ 2.9 million total shares outstanding. This alone related to a stock price of between $15 and $20 per share w/ a PE in the 20's. I found that there was an alleged short position that was greater than the public float and that caught eye.
