Interesting post! Intel just made a lousy decision when they could have picked up ATHR for a meager $400-450million a year ago. They may eventually still do unless ATHR outperforms this sector in more than just superior technology. I don't see any less than a billion though and it would take a couple of hick-ups to move ATHR to the table again. As for now they have all the ingredients necessary to make it in spite of the lack of PHY-, switch- DSL- and other synergistic technologies required to fill the package when dealing with the big clients. Now is execution time and we will see. Their CFO may well be one of the brightest guys in our industry with a good eye for more than just money. A true asset. As for .11n I cannot think of any ingredients required where they are not ahead of or at par with any of their competitors. Taro
