Hubris is a terrible thing. The problem with pointing out errors in others is that you inevitably attract the attention of the language god of revenge.
Like a contrary dea ex machina, I swoop in to tell you that you misspelled "ad nauseam" last week.

But don't feel bad. We all do it-- which is why it's wise to read for the thoughts rather than the syntax.
