We're such incompetent imperialists that we provide humungous amounts of aid to those we conquer to the point that they become our international trade competition. USA just can't get that divide & conquer thing down, instead we support & rebuild. Who would be your evil enemy if you didn't have the USA to kick around anymore? Would it have been more to your liking if the USA remained neutral during WWII?
