Thanks. Yes, I can see that it would take a long time for
interest rates to roll through the treasury bonds. Some
time back the US govt issued 30 year bonds at 16%. I had
neither the money nor the wit to buy them. They should just
about be coming due. Anyone wise enough, lucky enough, to
buy them has had a great ride.
