Just a personal rule. IMO, there are about 0.001% of OTCBB stocks that can be trusted - none of these are incorporated in Nevada, Florida, or Vancouver - so I never buy them. COVD is an example of a "good" OTCBB stock, they will probably move back to a higher exchange if they make it. Other examples of "good" companies are some foriegn companies that trade on the OTCBB rather than go the NYSE ADR route.
