I think Bush told Chirac, Putin, and Kofi to get on board, or we'd make an issue of the true depth of their involvement with Saddam and oil-for-food.

Personally, I'd rather find out about the latter. Chirac was just a little too adamant about leaving Saddam alone -- I bet there's a lot there.
