All:

After reading through most of this thread, I'd suggest caution to people buying in now. Let me propose a scenario.

Let's suppose you've got twice the float. The MM's are short the entire float naked. You all ask for your certs to be delivered creating a super short squeeze. The MM's simply go to the company and say we have to cover our shorts. We'd like you to issue more shares and we'll pay $3.00 a share for them. They cover and the shares are diluted. Then a selling frenzy follows with some people making it big and others losing big.

Remember, OVIS needs the MM's to make a market. I wouldn't bet against the MM's for two long.

Secondly, you've got human nature. Riley G seems to be running the whole show. Knowing human nature, a good bunch of you are not going to ask for your certs but are going to sell while others are getting there certs. Guess what happens then....

I'd just suggest some serious caution for anyone buying in now. And I certainly wouldn't recommend betting the farm. There are a lot of naive people that may get burnt... I'm one of them.

Regards,

KMT
