Completely? I'm not biting on any absolutes. But, yes, I think it's close enough for government work, as they say.

Sorry, the use of "completely" in my question was a mistake. But on the issue, I don't see it that way. School segregation which grows from neighborhood segregation is the biggest issue I see. That's the best illustration to me of structural racism. But I do agree with you that economic inequality plays in. And, to go back to my mantra, the two are deeply intertwined.

But, for me, we still have a very long way to go in terms of reducing inequality of opportunity based on race.
