I'm sure if pigs could fly there would be bacon in the sky as well... but I wouldn't count on it too soon. Not with civil war warming up in that artificial nation (assembled rather arbitrarily by the British out of three separate Ottoman provinces after WW I) called "Iraq", just like Bush I and Scowcroft predicted.
