Mylan Receives FDA Approval for Ciprofloxacin Tablets Thursday June 10, 7:53 am ET PITTSBURGH, June 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mylan Laboratories Inc. (NYSE: MYL - News) today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted final approval for Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s Abbreviated New Drug Application for Ciprofloxacin Tablets in 250mg, 500mg and 750mg strengths. Ciprofloxacin Tablets are the generic version of Bayer Pharmaceuticals Corporation's Cipro® Tablets. Mylan intends to ship the product immediately.
