Maybe you can show me who took responsibility for the prison abuse.

Maybe you can tell me who took responsibility for trusting the intelligence that led us into the war in Iraq.

Maybe you can tell me who took responsibility for the lack of follow up on warnings prior to 911.

On another point, maybe you can show me an example of how the author is incorrect in her assessment that Ashcroft doesn't listen.
