Excessive stock/excessive shares are the same thing, IMO. Paper that represents some percentage of the valuation of the assets and business of the company…..the more that you print the less that each share represents of the ownership of those assets. Intrinsic value baseline is the actual value of the company at some point in time including physical assets and business revenue stream averaged over some time period….say 1 year. Do you value a $10 bill over 2 $5's? Tim
