Clinton fired missiles at Iraq when the plot to assasinate Bush Sr. was revealed. If that is not an attack what is? $$$ from Saddam was funding terrorists endeavors.
Finally Czech intel has put Atta in close proximity to, if not in dirct contact with Iraqi envoys prior to 9/11.

To say the US was not under attack via Saddam in any way, shape, or form, is lunacy.
