You are trying to put words in my mouth. You quote the article as if it was coming from me. I quoted the one quote to question whether or not there was any validity to the point that this administration doesn't seem to listen to anyone who has a different point of view. You don't seem to think it's a valid question, but I do.

One example that is interpreted by many as "bending the law" is the constitutionality of the patriot act.

Another is the new definition of terrorists such that they are denied any of the previously guaranteed constitutional rights afforded one who has been arrested in our country, such as the right to an attorney and the right to know what crime you are being charged with.
