Carter left the Pentagon in dilapidated and in disarray for Reagan. Reagan/Bush rebuilt it. Clinton gutted it again. Bush is now rebuilding it again.

Makes it easy for the Left to make these disingenuous arguments. But the reality is the liberals cut spending for the most important function of government -- protecting our nation.

Yes, it was scary, scary, scary! I was expecting the Chinese to come up through Mexico and catch some poor El Paso families and execute them.......or the eskimos to come down from the Arctic Circle thru Canada and attack Seattle.

It was awful the fear I experienced during those years. I bet you must have been peeing in your boots. How did you possibly survive the Clinton years?

I did by living in a bomb shelter! ;~))
