It's a quote from Jesus! What are you talking about? Do you think he really meant to add "except for Johannes" at the end? I'm a "heathen" because I quote Jesus? How about Moses? Do heathens quote him, too?
DT 1:17
Do not be afraid of any man, for judgement belongs to God.
To God, Johannes, not you.
Furthermore, do your sweeping judgements help anybody? Or are you a Pharisee, feeding your self-righteous pride.
Matthew 23:13

What do you do to a person when you call them a "heathen?" I'd say it's like slamming a door in their face.
