You just proved it by trying to cover up for Enron and blame the energy gouging on consumers and the governor. You should be ashamed of yourself. Bushies today are just plain corrupt. They tried to lie to us and got caught. They waged a false war and failed. They gouged us and now need to pay us back. They also let 9-11 happen by being asleep at the wheel.
