Iran has led inspectors by the nose for some time, and now the IAEA finally has unequivocal indications of Iranian intentions.

Won't matter. The IAEA eggheads will still blather on about not having any definite proof Iran plans to build a bomb. I think if El Baradei literally tripped over a nuclear weapon he'd still say the facts are uncertain.
