Rangerboy if you can still read this, when you're in Tortola go to the Sugar Mill Inn Restaurant.

Jinx and Jefferson Morgan are the innkeepers and are food writers. They worked with me on American Way, the inflight for AA. They are also frequent contributors to Bon Appetit.

Their restaurant (if they're still the owners) is the best on the island.
