We no longer have Saddam, which I think, all things considered, is a magnificent achievement.

Saddam's fall may turn out to be as magnificent as the fall of the Soviet backed regime in Afghanistan -- the fall that triggered the rise of the Taliban, the emergence of Osama, and 9/11.
