Who could say for sure what time Saddam would have needed to acquire a Pakistani or North Korean nuke? This country does not have enough soldiers to attack, overcome, and institute new governments at some unspecified time in every country that MAY acquire nuclear weapons in the future. Nor do I, for one, perceive that to be the purpose of our government.
