Phillip: Check out the expansion in the Mexico apparel division

biz.yahoo.com The problem with this expansion is the gross margin is only 20%, so it takes a lot of business to pay off the cost of the expansion. In addition a down turn will incure a lot of fixed costs that will be hard to pay.
