Go back and read Schmidt's statement at Novell's web site and you'll see he warned of a big drop in revenues because of rechannelling once again and he also highlighted the small bright spots that Novell has.
Still, this big a drop is a surprise--not much hope left with a revenue drop of that much. Bottom line losses are one thing but top line shrinkage of that magnitude means "Repent--the end is near!"
