Yes, no? These were things that could have been used or sold after the sanctions were lifted. And yes, the 500,000 dead babies a year group were going to get the sanctions and no fly zones lifted.

Now they're showing up on the black market. Nailed the 20 tons of chemicals in Jordan. Some is sold as scrap and other pieces are being found by the UN as they come on market. No matter if it's scrapped or grabbed, it's off the table. Getting rid of this stuff is a good thing.
