You seem to be splitting hairs C2. I guess you are unaware that Iraq's nuclear sites, sealed by the UN, were thoroughly looted right after the fall of Baghdad, because US troops were unaware, unwilling or unable to secure them. The Jordan junkyard findings mean that this was apparently true in general for sites where the UN stored declared WMD components.

You need to ask yourself who were the criminals that did not plan to secure these well known UN-monitored WMD sites and allowed this looting to take place. Wasn't this war about WMDs (at least in its early stages) after all?

Are you aware that Al Tuwaitha, the main nuclear site, stored Cesium 137, the dream stuff for building dirty bombs? We are lucky Saddam was not Al Queda's friend, else the looters may not have overlooked the Cesium -- they were attracted to the nice looking containers that stored yellowcake instead.
