Well in this country the dividing line between protected free speach and unprotected free speach clearly ends at "Jihaad". Anybody preaching Jihaad against our central Govt will be arrested, tried and punished. Its that simple. This has nothing to do with religious freedoms. Such speech is not protected. Just as any religion requiring human sacrifice for example is not protected.
