So Yiwu, we will get even more smiles from you now. In Europe there is a migration for cosmetic surgery to the Eastern bloc. Basically those soviet era doctors are pretty good. Cosmetic esp. Liposuction - Russia Laser eye used to be Russia but this is getting cheaper everywhere. Dentistry is for some reason Hungary. The fact is that services are also going offshore. If you can pack in a holiday (to recover) and surgery then all the better. Health tourism cuts both ways. -macavity
