Conservatives are compassionate. I think after 40 years of failed govt policies of welfare, we need to try something different. More of the same is not the answer is it? I'll help pay for an unwed mother who made a mistake. I'll help pay for her school, daycare, whatever it takes to get her back into society. I'll be damned though if we should continue to pay her to sit at home on her butt with her live in worthless boyfriend. It isn't nothing but politicians buying votes. Generations of welfare has enslaved too many people.
