Our Father who art in Heaven ....

and end with

...thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven

PS: Of the rest of your quotes of tolerance towards aliens in the OT , this is wonderful stuff and one should commend the writers of such versesand their intention. Yet it follows on the heels of God's commanding his chosen ones to "holy War" or the ancient Jewish Jhiad or "Hareme" ...to kill all within their borders , and so they originally did , with God's blessings . The first Temple was built by enslaved labor of many tribes the Jews had conquered , but lets not get into those silly details.
